What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute national channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and product lines
Lead, coach, and support a team focused on distributor growth and performance
Manage key distributor and independent manufacturer representative relationships
Establish distributor account plans and growth strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets
Monitor pipeline, forecasts, inventory health, and key performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or account management within manufacturing or industrial markets
Experience developing channel partners and selling direct to end users
Familiarity with industrial safety distributors and buying groups
Ability to travel 40–60%
