Job Description The SR. ZBM is accountable for all AOP, forecast and Sellex review. They will manage the sales planning and supermodel items for the entire zone including PFP items. The Sr. ZM operates as the FLE captain, managing tactics via analytics, assigning work withs, and coaching DSLs on SMART AP. They will manage the over and shorts budget including all data analytics and follow up. They will partner with HR to manage all employee relations items including performance discussions with frontline and DSLs and any pay issues. They also directly manage the Associate ZBM: Sales Zone Supervisor, L07, and operate as a backfill for staffing, labor dollar management, scheduling, safety and unsaleables as needed. Responsibilities
Manage supermodel for PFP and the PFP plan process including any adjustments, exceptions, and requests Responsible for Overs and Shorts Responsible for all equipment details Partner with HR to manage all employee relations items including performance discussions with frontline and DSLS and any pay issues. Responsible for labor dollars and OT including DSL communication Monitor PPA Operate as FLE captain including analytics, assigning WWs and coaching DSLs Conduct weekly one-with-one meeting with manager Conduct weekly one-with-one meetings with direct report, Sales Zone Supervisor Coach DSLs on SMART AP, and OT management Collect, chart and interpret statistical data; manage multiple tasks simultaneously Manage multiple priorities Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork Responsible for critical path of any zone or region projects. Backfill Sales Zone Supervisor as needed including all labor dollars, mileage expense reports, retention tactics, scheduling, staffing, safety, and unsaleables. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. 5-8 Years Management Experience preferably managing a frontline workforce Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills Prior experience leading and motivating a team of people Skilled at managing financial results Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
