Cooperation with business clients to meet their needs and expectations related to the organization of business meetings.
Developing commercial offers, contracts, and cooperation terms intended for the MICE segment (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Events).
Implementation of sales plans and active search for new clients and business partners.
Coordination of activities related to the organization of MICE events and support in their execution.
Maintaining constant contact with clients and building long-term business relationships.
Monitoring the market and competitors' activities as well as analyzing trends.
Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
EXPECTATIONS
Desire to develop in the sales department. Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry is welcome. Sales and negotiation skills. Communication skills and ability to establish business relationships. Ability to solve problems independently. Good knowledge of English. WE OFFER
