What You'll Do

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with regional infrastructure investment cycles and revenue objectives Identify, prioritize, and actively manage key accounts within the territory, developing and executing effective key account plans that support long term growth across multiple product lines Generate revenue through the sale of corrosion resistant reinforcing steel products (GalvaBar® and ChromX®) and prefabricated modular bridge systems (InQuik®) Build, maintain, and convert a balanced pipeline of near term and long cycle opportunities, supported by accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM execution Proactively identify and pursue new account targets and early‑stage project opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and market engagement activities Other Things You'll Do

Engage municipalities, Departments of Transportation, engineering firms, rebar fabricators, associations, and general contractors to influence specifications, product selection, and project outcomes Participate in regional and national trade shows, industry associations, and targeted business development initiatives to expand and strengthen key account relationships Act as the primary liaison between asset owners, engineering firms, and internal operations teams to ensure alignment from opportunity development through execution Regular regional travel is required, with time in the field commensurate with territory size, customer needs, and active opportunities in a remote, field‑based growth sales role Territory includes: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky What You'll Need

Experience in technical, solution oriented B2B sales, preferably within heavy civil, bridge, highway, or infrastructure construction Background in sales, construction, start-ups, or project delivery strongly preferred Proven ability to develop and execute key account plans within complex, multi stakeholder sales environments Demonstrated ability to assist in the manufacturing of quality products that consistently meet or exceed consumer receiving specifications Reliable vehicle (within five model years) and a functional home office with high speed internet Your Education
