About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven
Account Executive
to lead strategic business development initiatives within the maritime industry, supporting both commercial and military markets. In this high-impact role, you’ll grow customer relationships, develop new industry‑specific applications, and help shape the future of our maritime solutions on a domestic and international scale.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic plan for industry‑specific cold spray applications.
Build business cases including revenue goals, growth plans, and capital needs.
Identify new customers, generate leads, and expand market presence.
Manage and grow customer relationships from proposal through execution.
Lead and develop a high‑performing sales‑focused team.
Create sales presentations, proposals, forecasts, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, marketing, and promotions.
Represent the company at customer meetings and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred.
5+ years of senior sales or strategic planning experience.
MBA and leadership experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of DoD operations and contracting a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of $120,000–$180,000.
Bonus potential of 10%–30%.
