Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cameron, MO, with the flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively
Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members when necessary
Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Experience in or knowledge of the media, newspaper, or publishing industry is advantageous
A high level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
