Job Description: Sales Support
Location: 10195 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141
Store: OH058 In Plant Store
Shift: MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm, up to 28 hours/week
OVERVIEW Working as Part‑time Sales Support, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast‑paced challenging environment. This is an entry‑level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located at 10195 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with sales/customer service
Managing inventory
Placing and fulfilling orders
Receiving and shipping inventory
Performing deliveries with a company vehicle
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
Possess or be working toward a degree in Business/Marketing or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer‑service oriented
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
Possess an interest in career advancement
