Creative Video Producer (Videographer / Editor / Content Creator) About the Role We’re looking for a

rare creative beast

— someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and launch high-performing video content without hand-holding. This role is for a

true all-in-one creator

who understands both storytelling and strategy.

You’ll be responsible for creating

short-form Reels/TikToks

and

long-form video

that actually converts — from talking-head ads and UGC-style content to cinematic brand storytelling and campaign launches.

If you live and breathe Meta ads, love fun industries like

spirits and wellness , and can turn an idea into a finished campaign on your own — keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Concept, plan, and execute full video campaigns from start to finish

Edit engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads) and long-form video

Create talking-head, UGC-style, lifestyle, and story-driven content

Develop Meta-first ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive performance

Incorporate

motion graphics

and on-screen text (a big plus)

Strategically plan content based on brand goals, audience, and platform

Manage multiple projects and timelines independently

Collaborate with founders and brand leads — then run with it

What We’re Looking For

Strong videography AND editing skills

(you must be great at both)

Deep understanding of

short-form social + Meta ads

Experience creating

high-performing reels and paid ads

Ability to think strategically — not just “make it look cool”

Comfortable on-set directing talent and being behind the camera

Strong storytelling instincts (hooks, pacing, retention)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Creative as hell — ideas come naturally to you

Passion for lifestyle brands, especially

spirits, wellness, or consumer products

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Based in Baton Rouge, LA

(or willing to relocate)

Proven experience running projects independently

Bonus Points

Motion graphics experience (After Effects, animated text, transitions)

Experience shooting product + lifestyle content

Paid social performance knowledge (what converts vs. what just looks good)

Experience in spirits, wellness, or DTC brands

Why This Role Is Special

You’ll have

real creative freedom

Work with bold, fun brands that aren’t boring or corporate

Ideas actually get executed — no endless approval chains

You’ll be a

key creative driver , not just “the video person”

Opportunity to build iconic, high-visibility campaigns
