Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand share-of-wallet and introduce new products/services.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deliver customized solutions.
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
Negotiate favorable agreements that drive mutual success.
Report activities via CRM and other sales tools.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 8–10 years of progressive sales responsibility to OEM customers, ideally in plastic processing or custom-engineered products.
Strong consultative sales approach and project management experience (certification a plus).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, data-driven, and committed to quality and customer service.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
