You’ll develop clear, persuasive positioning and go-to-market strategies, owning how our products are positioned, communicated, and understood across audiences, ensuring that every message connects value to impact. In short: you’ll help our customers understand not just what we offer, but why it matters for their business and the planet.

This hands‑on, individual contributor role is ideal for a self‑starter who loves writing, storytelling, and building the materials that help sales teams succeed.

Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to launch new features and offerings crafting go‑to‑market positioning, messaging, and content strategies.

Marketing Operations & Management

Own the organization and development of project timelines for deliverables related to product launches, ensuring clear communication of blockers and progress to marketing leadership.

Own the coordination and tracking process for leads generated through product marketing efforts, ensuring timely handoff to sales, clear visibility into funnel performance, and accurate reporting on cost and return.

Manage version control and content consistency across internal and external assets ensuring materials are current, accurate, and aligned with Arva’s strategic narrative.

Analytics & Performance

Utilize sales and marketing CRMs to track and ensure the accuracy of marketing KPIs, including engagement, lead conversion, campaign performance, and ROI.

Partner with Sales and Product teams to evaluate how marketing efforts influence pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.

Leverage data‑driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable impact on growth objectives.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning, identify differentiators, and provide insights that guide product and sales strategy.

Presentation & Brand Consulting

Act as a presentation consultant and visual storyteller, helping subject matter experts as well as leadership build and refine decks, messaging, and narratives for clarity and impact.

Support product launches, events, and customer engagements with visually engaging, audience‑tailored presentations and materials that reinforce the company’s sustainability vision.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, content strategy, and go‑to‑market leadership in ag/tech, sustainability, or carbon market sectors.

Proven ability to translate complex or abstract business ideas and data insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies and deliverables.

Experienced partnering directly with executives to shape messaging and translate big‑picture concepts into results.

Demonstrated experience aligning marketing efforts with corporate vision, mission, and revenue goals.

Skilled in anticipating business needs, identifying opportunities, and developing proactive marketing initiatives that move the company forward.

Exceptional writer and communicator capable of creating compelling white papers, case studies, and executive‑level content with little oversight.

Adept at distilling technical information into engaging narratives that resonate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Proficient in modern marketing platforms (CRM, CMS, analytics, email, and social) including Pipedrive, HubSpot, and social listening tools.

Data‑driven mindset with a track record of demonstrating measurable ROI.

Strategic, curious, proactive and thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial culture.

Passion for sustainability and regenerative agriculture; sees marketing as a driver of meaningful impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience; MBA a plus.

Arva is a machine learning software‑based SaaS company with offices located in Houston, TX and Park City, UT. Arva's platform was built to apply our novel ML technology to the agricultural industry, optimizing and measuring regenerative practices, improving crop yields, and reducing operational costs for producers. Our platform helps our customers and partners capitalize on "natural regenerative practices" by providing recommendations that improve environmental and ecological ecosystems. Platform features include practice verification and registration, as well as the sale of environmental asset credits to our corporate buyers. Thus, Arva is helping to keep the planet green by providing a "green‑tech" platform that informs, measures, validates, predicts, and registers carbon exchange opportunities, allowing growers and ranchers to produce and sell credits that are bought by our corporate partners, who endorse sustainable food supply and carbon neutrality.

This job description reflects the core duties of the role but is not intended to be all‑inclusive. The role may evolve as the company grows, requiring additional responsibilities or changes in scope.
