Science Specialist (Fluent in Russian) – AI Trainer (Freelance Project)

Large-scale language models are evolving from chatbots into engines of scientific discovery. We need science specialists fluent in Russian to shape the next generation of AI by providing high-quality training data and hardening model reasoning.
Responsibilities
Engage with the model on real-world scenarios and theoretical science questions.
Verify factual accuracy, logical soundness, and reproducible error traces.
Document every failure mode to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor master’s, or PhD in a physical science field (physics, chemistry, earth science, environmental science, astronomy).
Teaching experience, published work, lab or field research, or science communication projects signal fit.
Fluency in Russian and clear, metacognitive communication ("showing your work").
Compensation Pay range: $8 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.
