Senior Packaging Design Manager

We are seeing aSenior Packaging Design Manager to lead packaging creative and production across a portfolio of owned and licensed brands. This role will manage and mentor a team of designers and project managers while partnering closely with brand, marketing, and operations teams to deliver packaging that’s on-brand, retail-ready, compliant, and cost-conscious. Experience within club wholesale or fast-paced apparel/lifestyle environments is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the full packaging design lifecycle across multiple brands
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver functional, compliant, and visually compelling packaging
Manage and mentor designers and creative project managers
Ensure alignment with brand standards, sustainability goals, and retailer requirements
Partner with global vendors to manage quality, timelines, and cost
Oversee budgets, workflows, and process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
Senior-level packaging design experience in apparel, lifestyle, or CPG
3 years of managing designers, packaging concept (design, structure, and substrate), production of collateral, and proofing of physicals.
Deep understanding of packaging structure, materials, and production
Organized, strategic, and comfortable managing multiple brands at once
A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who gets things done
Able to work on site 5 days a week
In prior roles, they have been r Adept at working with global vendors is paramount to success in this position.
