The Tailored Closets of Northwest Houston is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, creative, and self-driven Closet Designer to join our busy team. Compensation
Commission-based role with 3 months of guaranteed salary while you ramp up
Earnings are based on your skill level, time, and effort
Most designers here average $75,000–$100,000+ annually
Paid training with some of the best in the closet and storage industry
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients (in-home and in-showroom) to understand needs, style, and space requirements
Create custom closet and storage designs using our design software
Prepare proposals, job packets, and accurate project documentation
Manage projects from sale through installation to ensure a smooth, exceptional client experience
Partner with our operations and installation teams for seamless execution
