Your mission As our (Senior) Sales Manager for Switzerland & Northern Italy, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence in both regions.

You’ll take ownership of the entire sales process – from first contact and product demos to closing the deal. Your goal: to inspire hoteliers to digitalize their operations and improve collaboration with hotelkit.

Combining your SaaS sales experience, deep understanding of hotel operations, and strong regional network with an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll drive sustainable growth in Switzerland and Northern Italy.

A productive day in this role might look like this:

Hosting 2+ engaging demos or meetings per day with hotel decision-makers

Managing a healthy and well-balanced pipeline – from outbound leads to inbound requests

Making 10+ calls per day and reaching 150+ multi‑channel activities per week

Generating 10+ new opportunities per month through targeted outreach and networking

Collaborating closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to secure qualified leads

Full ownership of the entire sales cycle – from outreach to contract signature

Consultative selling – understanding your customers’ challenges and offering tailored solutions

Delivering professional product presentations – online and on‑site with hotel stakeholders

Leading negotiations and closing deals – with confidence and focus

Working closely with internal teams – coordinating with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success

Staying on top of market trends and identifying opportunities early on

Representing hotelkit at trade fairs and industry events

Is that you?

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the hotel tech industry

Passion for digital solutions and the hospitality industry

Existing network in the Swiss and/or Northern Italian hotel market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Structured, results‑driven, and proactive work style

Curious and eager to learn – you enjoy growing and sharing your knowledge with the team

Fluent in German, English, and Italian – additional languages are a plus

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems

Willingness to travel within your sales region
