Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven

Sales & Account Manager

to develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across medium‑sized accounts with strong growth potential.

This is a

commercial, sales‑driven role , with a strong focus on

new customer acquisition and opportunity generation . Approximately

60–70% of the role is dedicated to sales activities

including prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing new deals, while the remaining time focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, a strong team player, and eager to travel. He/she will actively expand Alpha Networks’ footprint within our target verticals and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize commercial impact.

Location France, Belgium, Spain or other well‑connected EU city

Key Responsibilities

Manage full sales cycle: pipeline generation/nurturing, negotiation, and contract closure

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring long‑term relationships and upsell opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance, Executive Leadership) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Represent Alpha Networks at industry events and foster business relationships.

Track sales metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Profile & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales and account management role at a company providing software solutions for video, OTT, or streaming to the broadcast, media, or telco industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Proactive, autonomous, solution‑oriented, and a strong team player.

Willingness to travel regularly.

Fluent in French and English; additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German…) are a plus.

We are recruiting for a position open to both employees and consultants, with a fixed remuneration package ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, complemented by a bonus/commission scheme. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview.
