Position Summary / Career Interest: This position will be responsible for organizing utility consumption patterns and reporting information to meet hospital goals.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
Read utility bills, extract meaningful information, and present data to support actionable decisions by others in the Engineering Department.
Analyze cost metrics and usage patterns to demonstrate changes in use patterns over time.
Report findings to Engineering leadership.
Utilize enterprise software to organize and review multiple utility bills for relevant data across multiple owned and leased sites with assistance from the department director.
Organize data using spreadsheets or other software to communicate trends effectively, comparing weather-corrected data, year-over-year changes, and normalized data per site.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
