Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Auburn, MI, for a Customer Service Sales Representative. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, addressing complaints or issues, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves managing and maintaining strong client relationships, processing payments, upselling and cross‑selling products, and providing detailed information on products to assist customers in making informed decisions. The role also includes coordinating with the sales team and ensuring prompt delivery services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally, build relationships, and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Sales and negotiation skills, including upselling products and identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Organizational and time management skills to manage orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Knowledge of wholesale or food distribution industries is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
