Freight Forwarding Strategic Sales Executive Job Type:
Full‑time; Remote
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close strategic business with new prospects and existing clients through consultative, solution‑based sales approaches.
Build and maintain relationships within large multinational organizations to understand their supply chain needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate across internal teams and regions to develop, present, and implement complex, customized proposals that drive customer value.
Analyze customer data, market trends, and internal insights to identify opportunities and make informed, timely decisions.
Maintain a strong and evolving sales pipeline using customer relationship management tools and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and identify new opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
Continuously develop expertise in transportation services, analytics, technology, and market dynamics to deliver innovative solutions.
Experience
5 years of International Freight Forwarding experience
Sales, Account Management, or Inside Sales experience is needed
Combination of Air, Ocean, Customs, Truckload, LTL experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong internet and Wi‑Fi access
Experience working remotely is necessary
Proven Sales track record
