We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to source and close investment sales and leasing transactions while building a scalable book of business using modern technology and institutional processes. Responsibilities
Originate and execute commercial sales and leasing transactions Secure and manage third-party listings and representation Use AI-driven CRM and underwriting tools to manage pipeline and analyze deals Build long-term investor and owner relationships Execute outbound outreach and deal sourcing Requirements
Active Colorado Real Estate License 3+ years of CRE brokerage experience Proven deal execution and origination ability Strong financial and underwriting aptitude High accountability and self-direction Compensation
100% commission-based (1099) Competitive splits based on production Firm-provided CRM, underwriting tools, marketing, E&O, and Class A office space
