24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known company to help them find an Email & Retail Production Designer to join their team in this 100% remote opportunity. The is a full-time, 2-3 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you’d be eligible for benefits including vision, dental, medical and more. West Coast candidates preferred.
Our client is seeking an Email & Retail Production Designer to support both digital lifecycle marketing and in-store visual needs. This role will focus on email design in Figma and print retail graphics in Illustrator and/or InDesign, helping deliver consistent, on-brand experiences across channels.
Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing and lifecycle emails using Figma
Create and adapt print-ready retail graphics (signage, in-store collateral, and other production assets) in Illustrator and/or InDesign
Execute high-volume production work from established concepts and templates
Partner closely with an Art Director and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across digital and retail channels
Prepare clean, organized files for print and digital handoff
As a bonus, support digital production needs (e.g., simple banners) when bandwidth allows
Qualifications
3–5 years of production or graphic design experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong production design for both email and print/retail, with clear brand consistency
Tools:
Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign
Understanding of print production requirements and file setup
Comfort working in Slack and Google Drive
Apparel or retail brand experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, able to manage large volumes of versions and updates
Bonus: Digital design experience to support the digital production pipeline when needed
