We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across the Western Pest Services, Waltham Pest Services, OPC Pest Services and IFC brands. This role plays a key part in developing, coordinating, and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns within a structured compliance-review environment.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a hands‑on marketer who can draft content, manage campaigns, coordinate vendors, support events, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Awards and recognition

Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution

Draft marketing content and campaign copy for direct mail, email, website pages, ads, landing pages, and internal communication.

Execute marketing campaigns across all approved channels.

Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including planning, production timelines, list processing, and vendor communication.

Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Execute marketing campaigns across approved channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, paid digital, and social media.

Deploy email marketing campaigns, including list coordination, scheduling, basic testing, and reporting.

Apply opt-in/opt-out rules, consent requirements, disclosures, and recordkeeping processes across all digital outreach.

Content, Branding & Creative Support

Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure all materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Assist with developing marketing collateral including brochures, infographics, technical sheets, trade show materials, videos, and presentations.

Support web content updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved messaging.

Campaign Coordination & Vendor Management

Track campaign, web, and social performance metrics; provide reports and insights to management.

Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies on quotes, project scoping, timelines, and deliverables.

Sales & Field Support

Support branch offices with marketing materials, local event needs, and promotional requests.

Assist in developing and updating sales collateral, brochures, infographics, presentations, and technical documents.

Work with technical staff to prepare presentation materials for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

Events & Tradeshows

Coordinate tradeshow logistics including booth setup, promotional items, pre-show marketing, and post-show follow-up.

Manage promotional merchandise ordering, inventory, and distribution.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field).

Experience:

2 – 4 years of relevant marketing experience or internship(s) with practical marketing responsibilities.

Skills & Competencies

Strong writing and editing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.

Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns.

Experience in multi-channel campaign execution, including email, digital, and direct mail, preferred.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal teams and external vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience with social media platforms and basic digital analytics.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for high-quality marketing execution.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
