Job Purpose Support the execution and day-to-day operations of BritBox’s performance media across Amazon Ads, paid social, and paid search. This role partners closely with our media agency, internal team, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely implementation of plans, optimizations, and assets in support of our subscription goals; and proactively surfaces insights and recommendations that advance our program and our understanding of platform best practices.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sr. Manager and media agency to develop media plans and optimizations that deliver on our performance goals.
Coordinate with Creative and the agency to deliver assets on time; maintain specification checklists and submit high quality briefs.
Build and QA trafficking sheets and naming conventions; submit to agency/platforms and ensure campaign setups match briefs.
Maintain campaign calendars, test roadmaps, and status trackers across Amazon Ads, paid social, and paid search.
Share performance insights with cross‑functional teams and develop Creative team’s understanding of best practices and platform developments.
Update pacing/budget trackers; flag over/under‑delivery risks and propose reallocation options.
Support experiment execution (creative, audience, bidding): build test matrices, ensure clean naming, monitor results, and document learnings.
Own UTM hygiene and taxonomy; partner with AdTech to validate pixels, conversion events, and attribution mapping.
Coordinate finance operations: intake IOs/POs, reconcile monthly invoices with delivery reports, and track vendor credits.
Monitor competitive ads and placement trends in SVOD/AVOD/FAST; capture examples and share monthly roundups.
Provide hands‑on support in platforms as needed.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience in digital/performance media (agency or in‑house). Entertainment/streaming experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Amazon Ads concepts and/or strong interest to learn quickly; some experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required.
Comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivots) and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint). Basic SQL/Tableau/Looker familiarity is a plus.
Understanding of key KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV basics) and attribution fundamentals; exposure to MMPs and GA4 is helpful.
Experience working with external partners or agencies and juggling multiple deadlines.
Skills and Personal Attributes

Salary Range:
$60-70k base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential
