PGA Member or Associate in good standing
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration and member service
Most importantly, a consistently positive attitude and passion for the game of golf
Assist in developing a new outside operations and caddie program Help establish staff training protocols, service standards, and daily procedures for a newly formed team. Serve as a positive ambassador of the Contentment brand to members and guests. Support golf shop operations, including merchandising, sales, and inventory control. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor that aligns with Contentment’s relaxed culture.
