Job Description
This role is based in our Norcross, GA office Join our dynamic eTourism team and play a pivotal role in expanding the premier event for destination marketing professionals and travel industry innovators. As a Sales Representative Specialist, you'll drive growth in our marketer registration base while maintaining the high-quality audience that sets eTourism apart in the industry.
What You’ll Do Registration Growth & Audience Development Expand marketer registrations beyond our current North American & Canadian DMO base to include hoteliers, resorts, and attractions throughout North America Develop and implement strategies to increase international DMO participation with future expansion to include international hospitality partners Manage the registration process with careful vetting to ensure audience quality
Sponsorship & Partnership Management Collaborate with suppliers and sponsors to create compelling sponsored content and presentations Coordinate sponsor participation requirements, speaking opportunities, and content development Support event agenda updates as sponsors confirm topics and presenters Maintain seamless communication with sponsors throughout the development process
Brand Development Support the overall growth of the eTourism brand as the essential connection point between DMO marketers and travel industry suppliers
Qualifications Proven sales experience in event registration, preferably within the travel or tourism sector Experience managing sponsor relationships and coordinating sponsored content development Familiarity with registration platforms and CRM systems Strong relationship-building abilities with marketing professionals and sponsors across various segments Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Understanding of destination marketing landscape and travel industry dynamics
Success will be measured by Growth in registrant numbers across new market segments Effective sponsor relationship management Seamless integration of sponsored content while maintaining eTourism’s reputation as the must‑attend event for DMO marketers Strengthening eTourism’s position as the ideal platform for suppliers connecting with decision‑makers in destination marketing

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience + performance related bonus.
