What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts and prospecting new accounts

Meet or exceed assigned annual sales targets

Provide outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to promote and sell items

Communicate and cooperate effectively with all departments

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school graduate required; Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, or Business is a plus

Outside sales experience in the Convenience Store arena preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills

Ability to perform overnight travel up to 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience selling in the paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, or food service distribution industry

Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees and managers
