Summary of position
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building relationships with customers in the Ag, O&G, PEI and Heavy Industrial markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record to identify, facilitate and close business opportunities in the assigned territory. Responsibilities
Develop & execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue growth targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned retail markets and channels. Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to build informed sales strategies. Lead and mentor a team of manufactured rep agencies, fostering share-of-mind and a high-performance culture. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership. Represent Fill-Rite at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of industrial sales strategies in assigned markets. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in CRM software (ie: Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements
Strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experienced with Web Based and Windows applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of E-Comm strategies a plus Education Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field of study preferred Experience Requirements
5+ years of successful outside sales experience (including both national & regional accounts) Physical Demands
Must be willing to travel 65-70% of the time Must be able to lift 50lbs safely, by hand Salary & Benefits
