Inside Sales Representative
located in
Atlanta, GA.
As an Inside Sales Representative at TK Elevator (TKE), you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by engaging with customers, qualifying leads, and driving growth across our service, modernization, and new installation businesses. You will work closely with field sales teams and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to revenue generation through proactive outreach and solution-oriented selling.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Qualify and convert inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and existing customer base
Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business and schedule appointments for field sales representatives
Develop a strong understanding of TKE’s service offerings, modernization solutions, and value proposition
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on sales metrics
Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist in contract documentation as needed
Partner with account managers and branch teams to align on customer needs and support end-to-end sales efforts
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
Support sales campaigns and initiatives focused on targeted verticals, regions, or product lines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical, service-oriented, or construction-related industry
Proven success in a metrics-driven sales environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-based environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Knowledge of elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation industry a plus
