The Oracle HCM Consultant will serve as the primary functional expert across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, providing operational support, solution design, reporting, and enhancement coordination.
This role involves troubleshooting production issues, partnering closely with HR stakeholders, supporting audit and compliance needs, and ensuring effective use of the Redwood UI.
The consultant will collaborate with corporate development teams on projects, enhancements, and releases, while ensuring Oracle best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities Functional Support & Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud across key modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting (ORC) & Onboarding, and Learning.
Provide support for additional modules such as HR Help Desk and Fusion Analytics.
Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and the parent company’s Oracle development team.
Translate business problems into clear requirements and enhancement requests.
Provide input on solution designs, ensuring alignment with business goals and Oracle best practices.
Track enhancements and development requests through Jira, ensuring progress and timely updates.
Production Support & Operations
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production issues across supported modules.
Ensure process integrity, workflow accuracy, and data compliance.
Support audit activities by maintaining awareness of required audit controls.
Redwood UI Expertise
Work within the newly implemented Redwood UI, ensuring effective use of its features.
Support end-users and identify optimization opportunities within Redwood.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and manage reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Deliver accurate, timely insights to HR and cross-functional partners.
Collaborate on 20+ projects annually with corporate development teams.
Support release cycles, testing, validations, and post-deployment activities.
Use Jira for enhancement submissions, prioritization, tracking, and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (current version 25D).
Strong familiarity with Redwood UI across multiple modules.

HR Help Desk
Experience troubleshooting production issues and resolving functional defects.
Understanding of audit controls and compliance expectations.
Strong reporting skills using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of HR processes from a business or operational perspective.
Experience using Jira or similar project/enhancement management tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing platforms.
Exposure to Change Control processes.

Experience working in a subsidiary environment where configuration is governed by a parent organization.
Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Exposure to additional Oracle modules such as EPM, Compensation, or Benefits.
