Cactus Wellhead
Job Summary
This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Williston, ND. Responsible for prospecting, communicating, and marketing Cactus products to the oil & gas drilling and production sector. Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and be goal-oriented. Success will be measured by the ability to help Cactus Wellhead meet our annual business goals in the U.S. surface wellhead market.
Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities
Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and regulations.
Establish strategic relationships with new and existing customers and provide reports on sales activity, forecasts, and other quantifiable sales objective measurements to management.
Communicate changes and/or cancellations of customer requirements and delivery issues to the supply chain and supervisor.
Proactively pursue compensation for expediting charges incurred through sales prior to manufacturing or shipping.
Provide input and assistance to other functional areas to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.
Keep abreast of new products, specifications, industry trends, competitor strengths, and weaknesses.
Secure business by making sales calls within the assigned territory in person and via phone/email.
Market Cactus products and services by demonstrating their benefits and applications.
Network regularly at industry events to stay abreast of industry trends and customer movement/activity levels.
Education, Training, Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations None required.

Working knowledge of drilling/production and equipment.
Intermediate computer skills.
Intermediate language skills, intermediate mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning ability.
