This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, low-ego, high-accountability environment.

The Senior Manager will report directly to the CMO and work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Operations, IT, and agency partners. Over time, this role may grow in scope as new channels mature and internal capabilities expand.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators including lead volume, schedules, and customer acquisition cost.
