In Boulder, we serve athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and community members who want to improve their mobility and overall wellness. Our Sales Associates are the first point of contact for new members and play a vital role in growing the studio by connecting people to the benefits of one-on-one assisted stretching. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to engage leads, welcome prospects, and schedule intro stretch sessions Conduct studio tours and explain membership options with confidence and enthusiasm Convert guests into long-term members by demonstrating the value of improved mobility and wellness Handle objections professionally while maintaining a client-focused approach Support retail and service add-on sales Client Experience & Studio Operations Greet and check in clients, answer phones, and manage appointments Ensure the studio environment is professional, organized, and welcoming Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively Use our CRM system (ClubReady or similar) to track leads, sales, and follow-ups Community Engagement Represent StretchLab Boulder at local events, outreach efforts, and community marketing activities Act as a brand ambassador, promoting StretchLab both inside and outside the studio Qualifications
Sales experience required; fitness, wellness, or hospitality background preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and closing membership sales Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment Confident, personable, and results-driven Available for a part-time schedule (2025 hours/week) including at least one weekend shift Local to Boulder or with a reliable commute Motivated by commission-based earnings and sales performance incentives Why Join StretchLab Boulder?
