The Enterprise Sales Development Representative position reports to the VP of Enterprise. The ESDR will generate new leads for the Enterprise Account Executive team using a combination of outbound cold calling, inbound marketing leads, Account‑Based Marketing programs, events, and other sources. The ESDR plays a key role in our demand generation team, serving as one of the first touch points for prospects. This role will set the tone for the customer experience, generate top‑of‑the‑funnel demand, support pipeline and revenue targets, and help accelerate sales.

Role and Responsibility

Identify and research potential enterprise customers using various tools and techniques, including social media (LinkedIn), industry publications, CRM systems, ABM software, and Generative AI software.

Conduct outbound enterprise campaigns using calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn) to engage prospects while driving interest in OpenEye products and services.

Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with OpenEye solutions.

Schedule meetings and OpenEye product demos for the Enterprise Account Executive team with qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system (Outreach & SalesForce).

Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive team to implement effective outreach strategies, including coordinating with vertical‑based marketing campaigns and field marketing initiatives.

Actively manage a pipeline of prospects who have shown interest via various digital signals but have not yet committed to a meeting.

Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to management.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a Sales Development role, preferably in the Enterprise space and technology sector.

1+ years in a sales or customer‑facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, Outreach) and other sales tools.

Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal‑oriented with a proactive approach to work.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The pay for this opportunity is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for on‑target commission between $30,000 - $34,000 annually. The total target compensation range for this position, including both base and commission, which is uncapped, is $75,000 - $90,000.
