Adolescent Behavioral Health | Pasadena, CA Full-Time | $28–$30/hour DOE
Adolescent Growth is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead outreach and B2B marketing efforts that grow and strengthen our referral network across Los Angeles County. This outreach-heavy role focuses on developing new external referral relationships, increasing awareness of our services and clinical specialties, and driving growth in client referrals.
What You’ll Do: Build and maintain relationships with therapists, schools, hospitals, physicians, and community partners Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to professional referral sources Represent Adolescent Growth at networking events and community meetings Track outreach activity and referral trends to support business development goals
What We’re Looking For: Experience in marketing, outreach, business development, or healthcare preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with frequent in-person outreach Passion for adolescent mental health and family-centered care
