Field Marketing Coordinator – Overview
The Field Marketing Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities in the events marketing arena. Solid communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are key to this position. Attention to detail, and strong organization abilities, as well as a proficiency in time management and multi-tasking are a must. A positive and confident spokesperson who understands and is knowledgeable about event objectives and strategies. This individual will attend marketing events managing events at a local level. They will also work on promotions and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic. The Field Marketing Coordinator will also research and identify areas of opportunity to promote our brands at the region and/or store level. As a Field employee, you will travel during throughout the year based on business needs. This is a remote position, with a weekly trip to our Waltham office for team meetings. This individual enjoys interacting with guests, showcasing our brands in an optimistic and enthusiastic manner to drive traffic to Alltown Fresh and all brand locations including Alltown, Honey Farms, Jiffy Mart, Millers, Mr. Mikes, TBird, Wheels and Xtramart stores.
Responsibilities
Work with Director of Field Marketing to oversee logistics for events, sponsorships and charitable programs and provide administrative and scheduling support
Research local marketing/community events and partnership opportunities
Create post event recap reports to evaluate and analyze data to measure ROI
Partner with the creative team to develop and execute messaging for community events and partnerships, briefing and tracking in all Field Marketing creative requests
Support Director of Field Marketing to foster relationships and partnerships with local contacts in the community to develop in-store and local events
Order and survey promotional swag inventory for in-store, marketing events
Maintain the event marketing calendar and Field Marketing weekly initiative organizational master plan
Work with Director of Field Marketing to manage event marketing budgets
Collaborate with team members on signage, printing, promotional items, shipping and scheduling for relevant field marketing initiatives
Attend all assigned marketing/community events
Help with event setup and breakdown
Work with the Global legal and insurance departments to obtain Temporary Food permits and Certificates of Insurance for all applicable community events
Qualifications
High-level of enthusiasm with a high comfort level of engaging with guests and crowds
Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and self-starter
Organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against a clear plan
Self-motivated and able to function well in an ambiguous environment, excellent on-the-spot decision-making skills
Domestic travel to support events in the Northeast
Software Familiarity: Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Monday.com, Canva
Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Pay Range The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
