This Position reports to:
Automation Manager
The Digital Document Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and standardizing all manufacturing process documentation, including work instructions, method sheets, and process records. This role ensures that documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with operational and quality standards. The Document Specialist works closely with process engineers, production teams, and quality to support training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and maintain work instructions, method sheets, and process documentation
Ensure standardization and version control across all manufacturing documents
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to capture accurate process details
Support new product introductions by creating and updating relevant documentation

Qualifications for the role:
You are engaged in the manufacturing industry, with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to demonstrate your experience in manufacturing documentation creation
Experience with PLM, ERP (SAP), and/or CAD systems is highly desired
2 Year Technical Degree in a related field is desired
You are fluent in English
You hold current US citizenship or VISA
