We’re looking for a versatile
Marketing Specialist
who is equal parts
creative communicator
and detail-oriented doer.
In this role, you’ll serve as
backup support to our Proposal Lead
during peak proposal periods and manage a few proposals a month when it’s slower to ensure skill and process consistency. When you’re not supporting proposals, you’ll help execute a wide range of marketing projects that strengthen our brand and support business development.
You should have a good design eye and be excited to grow your
digital marketing
skills. From creating campaign assets to supporting internal templates and landing pages, this is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on variety and collaboration.
This role will be a part of a team of professionals working to promote the company’s brand and enhance client engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposal Support
Format qualifications-based proposals in Adobe InDesign Support layout, visuals, and content development in collaboration with subject matter experts Coordinates and conducts project kick‑off meetings with project managers, principals, and other staff to strategize and prepare winning proposals/presentations Logs and maintains a proposal tracking system and provides monthly reporting
Marketing Content & Campaigns
Create graphics and visuals for emails, blog posts, brochures, landing pages, intranet and more Create branded templates and polished presentations in Adobe InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Contribute ideas to help us better connect with out audiences using words and visuals Use Monday.com to manage tasks, timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration Stay detail‑oriented and organized across multiple projects and priorities Work closely with teammates in design, multimedia, and leadership to deliver high‑quality work
QUALIFICATIONS:
2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or graphic design role Experience supporting proposal development in a professional services environment is preferred but not required Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone Ability to multi‑task, handle multiple assignments, and work within tight deadlines Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (proposal design/layout) and Canva (web/social graphics) Experience creating and formatting branded materials in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Superb organization skills and ability to work alone and with a team Comfortable managing tasks and timelines in Monday.com or similar project management tools Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
