REQ-2033ServerMonkey is seeking a motivated and visually creative Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life through video, graphic design, and social media. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our content by assisting the Marketing Manager in producing materials that resonate with customers. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with industry standard tools, support events and collaborate with the sales team to ensure our messaging is consistent and effective.This is an ideal role for a creator who is proficient in the Adobe Suite (or similar video editing software), comfortable with Canva, and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic IT environment.* Film, edit and publish content for social media and digital channels with appropriate branding for the IT industry* Create marketing materials (social media graphics, infographics, blog posts, email newsletters, etc) using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva* Assist in drafting and publishing content across digital channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, and website copy* Execute the day-to-day social media strategies keeping a pulse on current social trends to increase engagement and brand awareness.* Assist with updates to Magento and support the creation of email marketing campaigns* Apply basic SEO best practices to digital content to improve visibility (training provided)* Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows and webinars* Assist with coordination during events to ensure smooth operations* Work directly with the Marketing Manager on campaigns; collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs for product content; coordinate with Development for website technical updates**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or creative role (internships included)* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or a preferred video editing software is required* Proficiency in Canva is required* Proficiency in Figma or similar tool is a plus* Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus) and e-commerce platforms (experience with Magento is a plus)* Strong understanding of social media trends and video content strategy* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Willingness to learn and adapt to the IT hardware industryLocation: 2130 W Sam Houston Pkwy NHouston TX 77043Fully in officeServerMonkey is an equal opportunity employer*We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.*ServerMonkey stocks and delivers new and refurbished servers and networking equipment.
