The Jr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Wurth brand, support product growth, and enhance market visibility. This role drives brand-aligned content creation, manages product creative assets, and oversees digital and social media channels to deliver effective communication across internal and external audiences. The Jr. Marketing Specialist collaborates cross-functionally to support new and existing product launches, promotional activities, and global marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand representation and high-quality marketing execution across all touchpoints.
Roles and Responsibilities Product Data & Content Management
Utilize the STEP database (Stibo Systems) to maintain and organize product assets for catalogs, product information sheets, and marketing materials
Ensure product attributes, images, and copy are accurate and aligned with system and catalog requirements
Provide product data and supporting content for customer presentations, product launches, and internal projects
Creative Asset Development
Create and manage high-quality visual assets including product images, videos, packaging, labels, artwork, logos, brochures, flyers, and other print/digital materials
Develop cohesive design concepts in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
Ensure all creative output adheres to brand/corporate guidelines
Brand Management
Serve as the brand gatekeeper to ensure consistent brand representation
Maintain and update brand templates, style guides, and presentation materials
Develop internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, and presentations
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Administer and manage company social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Plan, create, and publish content that promotes brand awareness and product visibility
Maintain and update digital signage (Magic Info Screen) with relevant marketing content
Execute company-specific tasks assigned
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related
Skills/Abilities
Curious, organized, and creative mindset
Strong attention to detail and visual design
Experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop*
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams
Excellent communication and time management skills
