Performance Marketing Manager
with strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and reporting to optimize campaigns and drive measurable business growth. Job Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager for the Atlantic Region will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies across 3–4+ branches. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, with a focus on digital channels such as paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA). This role requires the ability to interpret performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and collaborate effectively with field personnel, including General Managers and Regional Managers. Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels. Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies. Performance Optimization:
Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement adjustments to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. Digital Marketing Expertise:
Manage paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital channels to ensure optimal performance and visibility. Budget Management:
Allocate marketing budgets strategically, focusing on cost efficiency and measurable outcomes. Market Research:
Use data to assess market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to refine strategies. Collaboration with Field Personnel:
Work closely with General Managers and Regional Managers to align marketing initiatives with local market needs and business goals. Strategic Planning:
Develop data-driven marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional channels to achieve regional objectives. Reporting to Leadership:
Prepare clear, concise performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities. Self-Starter:
Demonstrate strong initiative and accountability in achieving goals and meeting deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in
performance marketing , digital advertising, and campaign analytics. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms). Expertise in paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital marketing channels. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership. Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement. Experience in Skilled Trades or home services industry is a plus. Relevant experience in planning and managing marketing budgets.
