**Job Responsibilities:** Ability to lead complex projects with broad cross-functional impact, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of related experience managing direct-to-consumer media. Strategic direct mail and/or email marketing required.

Consumer pre-market research knowledge desired.Experience collecting data, creating action plans, and implementing process changes.Experience owning direct-response media results and financials, Strong project management skills.
