Senior Marketing Specialist Job Description Summary / Objectives The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of creative marketing strategies and content that elevate Puck’s brand across digital, print, video, and field environments. This role supports organizational growth by driving integrated campaigns, enhancing customer messaging, supporting product positioning and managing brand standards.
Essential Functions
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to lead and support larger initiatives such as product launches, brand campaigns, tradeshows, and hiring events.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to support product lines, new launches and brand growth.
Aid sales team with product messaging and communication tools for target industries and customer segments.
Oversee brand consistency across all channels - including messaging, collateral, creative assets, content framework, and equipment decaling.
Design and develop visual concepts for brand collateral including but not limited to Flowing Forward magazine, product lineups and flyers.
Direct and occasionally delegate marketing work to the Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist.
Other duties as assigned.

Photography, videography, and editing proficiency.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has some non-direct supervisory responsibility for delegation of project tasks to Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist.
Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires frequent visits to all areas within the facility, including the manufacturing area. The noise level in the manufacturing environment can be loud.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some vinyl work may be required. This would require the ability to lift vinyl rolls, stand for hours at a time, and apply decals. May be required to lift up-to 30 pounds.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required based on deadlines, travel, and campaign schedules.
Travel Weekly to bi-weekly travel is expected during the Spring and Fall pumping season, with occasional travel for conferences, tradeshows, customer visits, or company events.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience.
Experience in Creative Cloud applications, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
Preferred Education & Experience
Experience managing multiple media including website and social media platforms.
Demonstrated experience in content development and campaign execution.
Video editing experience.
