Job Summary The primary purpose of the centralized Disclosure Analyst is to have a handle all loan file initial disclosures and re-disclosures in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position will issue all initial disclosures and re-disclosures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Issues initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for multiple loan types in multiple states.

Responds and addresses all lock extension & relock requests, requesting appropriate locks from Secondary along with determining responsible party for any fees incurred for extension/relock

Handles all Adverse Actions scenarios, generating documents to issue to borrowers

Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience, specifically issuing disclosures/re-disclosures required

Functional/Technical Skills

Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination program and underwriting guidelines.

Proficient in all compliance-related regulations governed by applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws.

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Well organized with the ability to multi-task

Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Works well with others.

Strong mathematical skills.

Moderate PC skills (MS Office products) and experience with mortgage origination systems

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
