What's the role? As a Salesforce Development lead you will be responsible for driving an excellence in our Salesforce development teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, while also contributing to development efforts

How you can add value?

Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and best practices

Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders

Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and are delivered on time.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to resource allocation, timelines, or scope changes

Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring high-quality standards

Mentor and guide team members to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment

Create comprehensive Low-Level Designs (LLD) for Salesforce solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance

Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), CPQ and other relevant tools

Champion best practices for coding and configuration within Salesforce

Contribute to planning, capacity forecasting, and risk management

Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

Other functions may be assigned.

What do you need? Education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

3-6 years of experience in Salesforce development roles, with a strong track record of delivery

Other qualifications

Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform components, Apex programming, LWCs, CPQ and integration frameworks

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects, with a focus on delivering results
