To strengthen our installation teams, we are looking for an experienced
National Site Manager / Field Supervisor
for construction sites across the United States and abroad. This position requires a high willingness to travel.
Your Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate construction and installation projects in close cooperation with clients and their project management teams
Lead, instruct, and support on-site installation crews
Take full responsibility for project schedules, deadlines, and cost control
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
Monitor occupational safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Your Profile
Proven experience in steel construction; high-bay racking or warehouse construction experience is a strong plus
Previous experience in a supervisory or organizational role within the construction or installation sector
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Assertive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Confident in reading technical drawings
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license required
