Position Summary We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Market Development Manager to accelerate the success of our Urology Care and Interventional Urology portfolio across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This is a high‑impact role where you play a critical role in shaping local marketing strategies, drive adoption, and contribute to international projects across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for a someone with initial marketing expertise to rapidly evolve their expertise in a collaborative international team at an exciting time of its evolution. The position is home office based with approximately 30% travel.

Responsibilities

Identify market barriers and growth opportunities through research and analysis

Design and execute direct‑to‑consumer, HCP, and co‑marketing campaigns to boost awareness and adoption

Lead and support product launches and updates with tailored marketing materials and training

Adapt and localize marketing content to meet market‑specific needs

Partner with sales teams to define and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable impact

Build and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify marketing efforts

Organize and attend national, regional, and international events and congresses

Collaborate with EMEA strategic and digital marketing teams to develop and implement initiatives and campaigns

Provide local insights to upstream marketing and support VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives

Oversee local product management tasks including registrations, system integration, and documentation

Support product rationalization efforts with clear communication and support materials

Partner with Clinical & Medical Affairs to develop impactful education programs and events

Work cross‑functionally with compliance, R&D, market access, and finance to ensure optimized and compliant execution

Education / Experience Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a commercial, medical, or technical field; a master’s degree is a plus

2‑3 years proven experience in marketing, product management, or business development, ideally within healthcare or MedTech

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently

Collaborative and team‑oriented approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in German and English is essential

Willingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally within EMEA

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements TRAVEL REQUIRED: 30%.
