Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing day‑to‑day marketing activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative, serving as a key connector between creative, digital, and operational teams. This is a hybrid position in Brooklyn NY.

Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Ownership

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and on‑site channels

Own assigned campaigns or initiatives from planning through execution and wrap‑up

Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with minimal supervision

Content & Asset Management

Coordinate development and deployment of marketing assets in collaboration with creative teams

Review and proof marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment

Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources

Digital & Performance Support

Execute website updates, email campaigns, and social media scheduling

Track performance metrics and compile insights to inform campaign optimization

Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and testing efforts

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for select internal teams or initiatives

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials

Support brand and compliance review processes across marketing outputs

Operational & Process Improvement

Support marketing budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing

Maintain marketing calendars, status reports, and documentation

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and campaign processes

Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of professional marketing experience

Experience supporting or managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
