We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to take responsibility for business development and key account management in the Nordic markets, with a primary focus on Norway and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Nordic markets, with full responsibility for revenue growth and customer development.

Identify and track market opportunities by collecting market intelligence and generating qualified sales leads.

Conduct customer visits, meetings, and negotiations; build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.

Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, coordinating technical and commercial resources to deliver effective solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development through contract negotiation, signing, and order follow‑up.

Identify commercial and contractual risks, participate in internal contract review processes, and align effectively with customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and support timely payment collection in accordance with contract terms.

Represent and promote the company’s brand image and value proposition in the Nordic market.

Qualifications & Requirements

Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in new energy, large‑scale chemical equipment, or other heavy industrial / capital equipment industries.

Good understanding of international chemical companies or large industrial customers, ideally in Europe.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; professional, confident, and culturally aware.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly responsible, with a strong sense of ownership for sales results.

Strong execution and planning capabilities, with the ability to work independently across regions.

Team‑oriented mindset and alignment with company culture and values.

Willingness to travel regularly.

Location

Preferred: Based in Norway or Denmark

Flexible: Other European locations considered, with frequent Nordic travel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Nordic customers or familiarity with Nordic business culture.

Background in sales of large‑scale equipment or complex technical solutions.

Existing customer network in the Nordic industrial or energy sector.
