About the Role We’re looking for an experienced

Events Marketing Manager

to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. This role will own our event strategy across in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences—including conferences, trade shows, field events, webinars, and proprietary events—working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and creative, with a strong understanding of how events support B2B demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B events strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals.

Plan, manage, and deliver a portfolio of events, including industry conferences and trade shows, customer and prospect field events, webinars and virtual events, executive roundtables and hosted experiences.

Own end-to-end event execution: concept, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, promotion, on-site/virtual delivery, and post-event follow-up.

Partner with demand generation, content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure events drive measurable pipeline and engagement.

Create event messaging and positioning in collaboration with content and brand teams.

Oversee lead capture, attribution, and post-event nurture strategies.

Analyze performance metrics (attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI) and present insights to stakeholders.

Manage external vendors, agencies, venues, and technology platforms.

Stay current on industry trends, event technology, and best practices in B2B experiential marketing.

Requirements

4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on events (preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software).

Proven experience managing both in-person and virtual events at scale.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and/or webinars simultaneously.

Experience partnering closely with sales teams and supporting pipeline goals.

Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.

Willing to travel 15-20% as needed for events.

Experience with Salesforce & Pardot, Photoshop and/or Canva.

Familiar with event management tools (e.g., Cvent, ON24).

Prior experience managing agencies.
