As a

Marketing Manager

of Fleet Feet Winston-Salem & Clemmons, you will focus on customer acquisition and retention. This position is accountable for driving customers into the store and contributing to overall sales objectives. We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing personality, with a passion for running and fitness who would: Lead and execute high-impact marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, store traffic, and community engagement for Fleet Feet Own the marketing strategy across digital, in-store, events, and partnerships, aligning with Fleet Feet’s mission and customer-first culture Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize campaigns, promotions, and channel mix Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors to deliver results efficiently and on schedule Champion innovation in grassroots, experiential, and community-based marketing within the running and fitness space The Marketing Manager will be required to work the sales floor a minimum of 15 hours per week, which could change based on business needs. This role requires a flexible schedule that may change from week to week and could include mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Qualifications

This individual should: Have 2+ years of marketing experience Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Be self-motivated and detail-oriented in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Be professional and timely in their internal and external communication with customers, community partners, professional contacts, and their teammates Fosters growth of others through recognition, mentoring, and development opportunities Promotes individual and team performance by setting expectations, delegating, and providing tools and resources Assists with making business decisions, always putting staff and customers first Builds and maintains trust from staff, customers, and the community by using good judgment Ability to lead and direct others Willing to take action, level-headed, and consistent Supports all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions Perks
