About the Role: The Marketing Specialist (project management) is responsible for multiple aspects of coordinating highly integrated marketing projects for our clients and Onspire. The ideal candidate proactively collaborates with creative, content, media, production and client services teams Drive projects forward, manage timelines meet deadlines and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project coordination for complex integrated marketing campaign and communication materials to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time, aligned with strategy, and within budget and scope.

Coordinate and track execution of integrated marketing tactics such as print, media, organic and paid digital campaigns, email campaigns, and web development projects by managing workflows, dependencies, and approach to support client objectives and strategy.

Maintain and update production schedules, paid media plans, social media calendars, and creative timelines for both clients and the agency.

Assist in managing workflow and workload for the creative services team to efficiently address client needs while balancing deadlines

Monitor production processes and proactively adjust timelines and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Proactively learn and understand a client’s products, services, culture and strategic marketing position to support accurate project planning and execution.

Communicate project updates, next steps, and approval requests to clients as directed by the client lead.

Maintain visibility into client projects, timelines, budgets and strategies to serve as day-to-day project support for assigned clients.

Provide additional project management and client support to senior leadership as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or related field preferred or 1-3 years equivalent work experience.

One to three years’ experience in a marketing firm or advertising agency; corporate marketing environment or hospital marketing department preferred.

Strategic, project-oriented and creative thinker with a positive attitude for ensuring work is error free, on time and on budget.

Effective communications, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey timelines, priorities and next steps

Well organized and able to manage the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite and web tools (e.g. WordPress).

Motivated self-starter, willing to learn and grow.

Strong attention to detail and ability to track deliverables, approvals, and deadlines with accuracy.
